The F.lli Bruschera (in English "Bruschera Brothers") was founded in Cadrezzate in 1947 by brothers Pasquale and Francesco Bruschera as a sub-supplier of the O.M.R. (Officine Meccaniche Riunite) of Milano for connectors, "pressacavi" and little parts for "teleruttori". From this enterprises the company obtained, approximately in 1950, every brevets and equipments dedicated to the production on brush-holders for industrial motors. Once acquired the new know-how the F.lli Bruschera, even if not dismissing sub-supplying works for OMR, started to move first steps into the field of industrial electric motors producing some orders for the Ansaldo establishment of Genova and for the C.G.E. (Compagnie Generali di Elettricitą) company of Milano. From this last company the F.lli Bruschera was introduced into the traction Brush Holders filed making some works for the Italian Railways (now Trenitalia spa) that already constitutes the most important customer of F.lli Bruschera. Since these times the F.lli Bruschera have been persistently evolving following technology innovation (we use CNC machineries) however without leaving the care for dectails of craft productions. |
